If you do not agree, please do not use our Services, Apps, and/or Products.

You can access, save, and print the current Terms on the website or in the app and at any time during the registration or ordering process. We do not store this contract text after the contract has been concluded. The contractual language is English.

Your privacy and your ability to control your data is very important to us. Any information that you provide to us is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. We only process your personal data as described there.

Use of Apps

To be eligible to use the Service, you must meet the following criteria and represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 13 years old to use our Apps. For certain Apps, the minimum age may be higher based on local laws.

• By connecting to the Apps with a social network (e.g., Meta / Facebook, WeChat, Google), you give us permission to access and use your information from these social networks as permitted by them.

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any illegal purposes.

• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Apps.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Apps.

• Upload or transmit harmful or malicious content.

 

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Apps (in whole or in part) at any time without notice.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, questions, features, and functionality of the Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Kakun Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App content without our explicit written permission.

 

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscription services:

• The Apps are free to download but may include in-app purchases (IAP), such as removing ads or unlocking specific features.

• In-app purchases are processed through the payment systems of the respective app stores (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their payment and refund policies. Kakun Studio does not provide separate refunds or return policies beyond those offered by the app stores.

• Prices and billing cycles for in-app purchases and subscriptions will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

• All sales are final, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

• Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

 

Third-Party Services

We utilize the following third-party services within the App:

• RevenueCat – Used for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Firebase – Used for analytics and/or other backend services.

• Google AdMob – Used to serve advertisements.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that these third-party services may collect and process certain data as governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for these services or their data handling practices.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party links or services used within the App.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kakun Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Apps. To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) for the use of the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

 

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey, unless otherwise required by applicable law. In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. We are open to exploring alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration.
